Volunteer of the Quarter - Fall 2019
USO Rota proudly presents our Volunteer of the Quarter: Carol Hulbert. Carol has been volunteering here for over two years and has accumulated over 600 total hours. She has spearheaded the monthly Seabee bingo events and birthday celebrations and enjoys participating in events out in the community, particularly serving the single and deployed service members. Carol is a veteran herself and personally understands the importance of our mission and is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, stepping up to serve at all hours. She encompasses the USO core values with her dedication, dependability, and sunny disposition. Please join us in congratulating Carol on this achievement! #BeTheForce
