Get ready for some boo-tiful fun! The USO is bringing Halloween spirit straight to the pier with a special Morale Drop just for you. We’ll be going ship to ship to hand out spooky (but fun!) Halloween facts, treats, and a twist on tradition with a little reverse trick-or-treating, this time, we’re the ones bringing the goodies to YOU!
